B’ Information Services in Vietnam

Looking to grow our development teams in Vietnam, B’ Information Services engages in a collaboration with Ekino Vietnam, part of Havas Group / Bolloré Group.

Our team in Ho Chi Minh City is specialized on Microsoft .Net technologies (ASP.Net MVC, Winforms, API, Azure, Xamarin, Knockout JS…), ESB platform (Webmethods, Java…) and deliver projects using Agile methodology.

Main Responsibility

1. Operational Activities

  • Design solutions based on Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure
  • Participate in the different phases of projects (POC, product demonstration, analysis and design, development, deployment, etc.)
  • Responsible for software and documentation deliverables and their quality
  • Ensure respect of best practices
  • Code unit tests and ensure required corrective actions implementation
  • Participate to common daily meeting with teams based in Paris and Vietnam

2. Team Management

  • Manage teams and optimize resource allocation, assignments
  • Build up team spirit, motivation and engagement
  • Review work quality of the team and provide constructive feedback
  • Evaluate the performance and competencies of team members

Reporting Line

  • Direct reporting to CESA Director based in Ho Chi Minh City
  • Functionally report to the Team Manager in Paris

Desired Skills and Experience

Educational Background

  • Graduate in computer science

Professional Background

  • 1+ year of experience in team management

Technical Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in designing and delivering Microsoft 365/ Power Plaftform-based solutions (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, …)
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online environment and SharePoint Framework developments, Office Dev PnP
  • Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Git
  • Knowledge in .NET 4.5 C#, ASP .NET MVC 5
  • Knowledge in Knockout.js / Vue.js / Bootstrap /Javascript /JQuery /JSON
  • Knowledge of REST API and Microsoft Graph API
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are advantageous


  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • French is a plus
