Now we’re looking for Multi-Cloud Solution Architect to bring your talent to Softline Vietnam. You’ll be a part of our Service Sales Department.
Job Overview
As the Presales Cloud Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in crafting a winning technical solution that tightly aligns with our customers’ desired outcomes, industry best practices, Umbrella portfolio offerings, and emerging innovative technologies.
What You’ll Do

  • Pre-sales solution design consultant for AWS.
  • Work on customer requirements and provide cost-effective technical solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Preparing technical & commercial requirements based on requests for information (RFI) & request for proposal (RFP).
  • Understand client business goals and outcomes and aligns the company solutions to the client’s end-to-end architectural framework.
  • Preparing technical presentation.
  • Solution designing based on customer requirements.
  • Supporting the entire Sales team to achieve their numbers & services.

Profile Requirements

  • Have 5-7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales and solutions, ideally a track record of working on AWS cloud Management services.
  • Have 3-5 years of infrastructure architecture managed services.
  • Have 3+ years of experience working in presales.
  • Strong alliance experience with AWS cloud.
  • Focus on adding hands-on technical expertise, ensuring outcomes meet the highest technical standards
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate.
  • Excellent presentation and articulation skills.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to drive consistent business performance.
  • Knowledge and exposure to DevOps concepts and ability to design release pipelines for in stature and applications leveraging AWS native services and open source/SaaS tools and services.
  • Knowledge and exposure to containers and ability to design solutions leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services e.g. ECS and EKS.
  • AWS Cloud certification will be added advantage.
