About The Role The relationship with our client started in 2009 and has been growing since. First globally within IFM, expanding into Construction projects (AP and EMEA). The account has a portfolio of 15M sqft, largely in 6 sites in China, Malaysia, India and Vietnam, with 820 staff on JLL’s payroll and 1.900 dedicated vendor staff. For our client we execute the majority of FM services (exclusive of restaurant and security), technical and non-technical, i.e. cleanrooms, STP’s, fire systems, PCW, RODI plants, transportation, landscaping, cleaning etc. We execute a significant volume of small construction projects.Our client is a real partner, data driven, careful yet determined in making improvements and always in search of excellence. That creates a specific environment that should fit you to be successful.The Vietnam Account Director is strategically and tactically responsible for a major manufacturing site of our client in Asia, and the largest in Vietnam for JLL, a site of almost 1M sqft with many services on this site in-scope. JLL employs some 100 dedicated FTE on-site as well as manages a team of around 200 dedicated vendor FTE’s. The plant is situated on the High Tech Park and hosts around 7,000 employees.The key assignment is to implement the new contract (starting from January 1 2022) with especially the new behaviours that are part and parcel to the success of that contract, to grow the JLL team, to drive towards perfect execution, and to add value to our client by providing a wider range of services and innovations.The Account Director must be an outstanding leader with a Customer Service mind-set and a keen ability to think strategically and innovatively to the benefit of both JLL and the client. The Account Director is a strong people and change manager, able to make informed decisions and manage detail and risk.The Account Director is responsible for client and stakeholder management, meeting and improving client satisfaction, and managing the P&L to ensure the relationship is properly managed commercially. The Account Director heads a team of functional managers to deliver services in accordance with the contractual scope of work and KPI’s, including finance & procurement, EHS, Building Employee Services, engineering, MRO management, quality and small construction projects. S/he drives continuous improvement, develops innovations and builds a strong team between JLL, its vendor partners and the client. The position ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment for both site, its contingent workers and JLL employees. The Account Director reports into the Account Executive.

Qualifications

  • Master, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management emphasized on management and technical capability/competency
  • More than 10 years of MNC industry experience either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment.
  • Experience with the specific client (as supplier or former employee) is a plus
